The company
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Client Services Process Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across the client services function. Working closely with internal teams, you will help ensure seamless service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency. You will also contribute to process optimisation, compliance, and the adoption of best practices, supporting the ongoing development and success of both the team and the wider business.
Duties
6. Act as the main contact for client accounts, building strong relationships
7. Lead client meetings and oversee account performance
8. Resolve service issues and maintain high service standards
9. Identify opportunities to improve client experience and grow accounts
10. Support the Client Services Manager in achieving team goals
11. Work with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors to ensure timely delivery
12. Coordinate site visits and manage logistics and access requirements
13. Oversee quotations and ensure accurate processing of client instructions
14. Manage bespoke client needs and deliver against expectations
15. Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements
16. Monitor performance and report insights to senior management
17. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and standards
18. Support audits, projects, and wider operational activities as required

19. Previous experience within account management or a client focused role
20. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
21. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
22. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify improvements
23. Confidence in analysing performance data and providing insights
24. A collaborative team player with a strong focus on client service
