Base Location:

You’ll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Dublin, Glasgow, London, or Perth.


Salary:

£66,100 – £99,100 UK or €90,300 – €135,500 ROI, plus a car or car allowance, performance‑related bonus, and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family.


Working Pattern:

Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.


The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and purpose‑driven Corporate Finance team as a Corporate Finance Manager, where your perspective and expertise will help guide key investment and strategic decisions. You will play an integral role in delivering M&A transactions, bids, and project financing activities, working across the full deal lifecycle in a supportive, high‑performing environment. With meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to contribute to complex, high‑impact projects, this role offers the space to grow your voice, deepen your technical skills, and make a lasting impact.


You will

* Play a leading role in the execution of M&A transactions, from initial evaluation through to signing and completion.
* Build and review robust financial models and valuation analyses to inform investment decisions.
* Coordinate due diligence workstreams and manage external advisers, fostering strong collaborative relationships throughout the transaction process.
* Support the structuring of transactions, including joint ventures and project‑level investments.
* Prepare clear, insightful materials for Executive Committees and Board‑level discussions.


You have

* In‑depth, demonstrable experience in M&A advisory or corporate finance, with strong exposure to live deal execution.
* Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with a thoughtful and detail‑oriented approach.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities with care, staying organised and focused under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and relationship‑led working style.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., ACA, CFA) or equivalent experience; exposure to infrastructure, energy, or project finance would be advantageous.
