Key Responsibilities Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings - Understand engineering drawings, and job specifications to assemble parts accurately. Fitting and Assembling Components - Use hand tools (files, hacksaws, hammers) and precision instruments to fit mechanical parts to fine tolerances. Marking Out Materials - Accurately mark materials for cutting and machining using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
