Creating a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment that supports emotional, social, and academic development. Working collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the wider SEN team to implement EHCPs effectively. Using evidence-based strategies such as Zones of Regulation, visual timetables, and sensory-based learning to promote student progress.
