As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities. You should have effective communication skills, demonstrate an understanding of the role of interaction in well-being, and have a positive attitude towards older people.
