We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing packaging business based in Northamptonshire. This role is 100% focused on sales and growth, with full responsibility for winning new business, developing existing customers, and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of:
* Generating new business opportunities within the packaging market
* Growing and maximising revenue from existing accounts
* Building and managing a robust sales pipeline
* Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
* Consistently delivering sales growth and revenue targets
About You
* Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
* Strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
* Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
