Document Controller / Project Administrator We are seeking an individual to collate project documents such as O&M, H&S, technical specs for handover to customers. The company design and manufactures machinery solutions for manufacturing customers. Experience as a Document Controller / Project Administrator within engineering, construction, civil engineering and therefore experienced in a similar role is essential. Key Responsibilities: Collate all project documents including O&M, design specs, health & safety, certifications, into a comprehensive file for handover to the customer Using MS office suite Working with stake holders; Project Managers, Engineering Leads, Design & Manufacturing to ensure all applicable documents are included and accurate Creating and managing project packs; processing documentation typical to project operations Ensuring all documentation is compliantPart-time hours available: 20-25 hours per week, hours to suit the individual Requirements:- Experienced in collating technical documents in a project-based technical environment - essential high-level user of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Package Salary to around £30K pro rata 25 days holiday pro rataWR Engineering are the 1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
