Occupational Therapist Adult Care

We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists for either full-time or part-time roles. There are two positions available in our Southwest locality team (North and South Kesteven): a Level 2 Occupational Therapist based in Stamford and a Level 1 or 2 Occupational Therapist based in Stamford or Grantham. Travel across the area is required for this role.
About our Team
We require registered Occupational Therapists to work in Adult Care within one of our locality teams. These teams include an OT Area Manager, an OT Lead Practitioner, Advanced Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, and Community Care Officers.
Team members undertake functional assessments (including moving and handling), provide equipment, and recommend environmental adaptations. We adopt a strength-based approach to support individuals in meeting their outcomes and maximizing independence. Our team is friendly and welcoming, enjoying activities like lunch outings, coffee breaks, and sharing stories about holidays and dogs.
About you
You must hold a professional Occupational Therapy qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree) and maintain registration with the HCPC. Demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork is essential.
