Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning systems, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and commissioning air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular maintenance checks on air conditioning systems to ensure proper functionality.
Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning equipment, utilizing strong equipment repair skills. (VRV, AHU, DX systems, Split systems, Chillers, Close Control and ASHPs etc.)
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Commission new air conditioning units as required, ensuring compliance with industry standards. (VRV, AHU, DX systems, Split systems, Chillers, Close Control and ASHPs etc.)
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in air conditioning engineering or a related field is essential.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair is required. VRV experience critical.
Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings is necessary for effective troubleshooting.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential traits for success in this role.
