Role: Registered Nurse
* Collaborate as a team to enrich residents’ lives, support colleagues, and enjoy the work
* Deliver personalised care according to individual care plans you prepare and monitor
* Communicate regularly with residents, families and staff verbally and in writing
* Provide comprehensive, systematic, accurate nursing assessments of physical, psychological and social needs
* Demonstrate kindness and support for residents, families and colleagues to achieve the best care outcomes
Key skills
* Teamwork and a happy team culture
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
* Experience in a clinical setting, with infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy and drug administration
* Strong communication and flexible approach
* Use of the Nursing Process to formulate initial diagnoses and manage care
* Genuine caring attitude towards older people, respecting their dignity
