This role supports the day-to-day running of the building, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for visitors and staff. Key Duties: Provide excellent customer service and assist members of the public. Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks such as basic fixtures and painting. Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor areas, including waste management. Support the handling of challenging situations, including antisocial behaviour.
