Overview
We’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Bromley, Mottingham, Chislehurst and surrounding areas.
Contract Type: Permanent • Hours: 40 hours per week • Location: Bromley, Mottingham, Chislehurst
Responsibilities
* Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
* Carry out works efficiently and complete within required deadlines.
Requirements
* Experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring, glazing and roofing with good customer care.
* Valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.

* You must be eligible to work in the UK; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.
* London Weighting Allowance: £125 (non-contractual).
* Benefits include the company bonus scheme and other lifestyle supports as outlined by Clarion Housing Group.
