The Studios
Youll be joining well-established, design-led Architectural practices that:
* Workacross residential, education, commercial, and community projects
* Havegreatreputations in the region
* Create career paths for employees
* Have secure work pipelines, given them confidence to hire new talent
* Allow experienced Architects and Architectural Technologists to lead their own projects and teams
This is a hands-on role where youll:
* Get stuck into projects from design input through to delivery
* Produce technical drawings that actually get built
* Be involved in RIBA stages across the board (especially technical stages 4 +)
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Juggle a few projects at once (keeps things interesting)
Who theyre looking for
Theyre pretty open-minded hereyou could be:
* A Technical Architect
* An Architectural Technician
* Or even a strong Part II who leans technical
What matters more is that you:
* Know your way around UK building regs + detailing
* Have solid Stage 4 experience
* Can communicate well with colleagues and clients
* Ideally use Revit and AutoCAD (but xsngvjr theyll train you if not)
