As a Junior mechanical engineer, you'll support maintenance and repair activities across the site while gaining exposure to a wide range of mechanical systems.Your Role As A Junior Mechanical Engineer:
* Assisting engineers with planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
* Supporting fault finding on conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
* Site based role in Sittingbourne, supporting smooth day to day operations
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights (12-hour shifts)
You'll Need As A Junior Mechanical Engineer:
* Previous experience in a mechanical, maintenance, or engineering environment (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
* A practical, hands on attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and support senior engineers
* Basic mechanical knowledge, welding, hydraulics, or pneumatics experience is advantageous
