💼 Creative Agency | Full-time
We’re working with a leading healthcare communications agency to find an Associate Creative Director (Art Director) to join their growing creative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly conceptual art director with strong brand platform thinking to help shape impactful work for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.
You’ll be someone who thinks beyond campaigns – creating brand worlds, content ecosystems and experiences that connect across channels. Alongside strong visual craft, you’ll bring a strategic mindset and curiosity around how technology and AI-enabled creativity can amplify ideas.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing and evolving creative brand platforms that extend across campaigns, content and experiences
* Translating strategic insights into distinctive visual worlds and brand systems
* Concepting and directing work across digital, integrated campaigns, brand identity and experiential touchpoints
* Collaborating with strategy, design, technology and production teams to bring ideas to life
* Exploring AI-driven tools for ideation, visual exploration and scalable creative systems
* Presenting work confidently to clients and mentoring junior creatives
What they’re looking for:
* 6–8 + years’ experience in art direction / visual design roles
* A portfolio demonstrating brand platform thinking, not just one-off campaigns
* Strong conceptual thinking paired with excellent visual craft
* Experience working across modern brand ecosystems and multi-channel environments
* Curiosity around AI and emerging creative tools
* Confident communicator and collaborative creative leader
Nice to have:
* Experience with brand identity systems, motion or experience design
* Exposure to AI tools or generative design workflows
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative creative team delivering impactful work in the healthcare space, helping brands connect with patients, healthcare professionals and wider healthcare systems through meaningful creative experiences.
