What You’ll Be Doing
* Transforming vacant properties through thorough cleaning, from carpets to basements and lofts.
* Clearing properties of rubbish, old furniture, and non-approved fittings.
* Revitalizing gardens by removing debris, litter, and scrap.
* Dismantling and clearing garages and sheds when required.
* Managing waste responsibly, ensuring disposal at approved locations.
* Ensuring all tasks meet health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in cleaning or property clearance is essential.
* Awareness of health and safety regulations.
* Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work and heavy lifting.
* A valid, clean driving licence is a must (Company van provided).
* A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in their work.
