Hi, we’re One Utility Bill, a service that allows our customers to bundle their main household utility bills into one monthly payment. 👋🏻 Our student brand Fused Bills is an easy way for students to sort their utilities, split the bills with their housemates, and make finances simpler. Students and grads get fixed prices for 12‑month contracts and best of all, our Fused packages come with unlimited energy!

Seasonality
Because our Fused service is for students, this role comes with an element of seasonality. As students typically move in over the summer, expect to be working with customers who are looking for summer accommodation now, and be ready for the excitement and bustle of the summer months. 🫱🏼🫲🏽
Responsibilities
* New Sales – make outbound calls to customers who have visited our website and created a quote, sell the benefits of Fused, handle objections and ultimately aim to get them signed up to a package.
* Renewals – reach out to current customers whose contracts are due for renewal, explain the key benefits of their current package and handle objections to retain them for another 12 months.
* Work towards conversion and revenue targets with an uncapped commission structure.

Compensation & Benefits
* Annual salary of £27,976
* £8k on target earnings – uncapped commission structure; top earners average between £1.5‑£2k on top of basic salary.
* £2,000 per year in bonuses paid to the full company if objectives are achieved.

Working Hours & Location
The working hours for this role are 10 am‑6 pm Monday to Friday with 1 in every 4 Saturdays. Saturdays are 9 am‑5 pm. This is a fully office‑based role.
