We have an exciting opportunity for a London Showroom Manager to join our team. This position is well-suited to an experienced and dynamic Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position is based in Chelsea Harbour, London. As our London Showroom Manager you will be responsible for Sales Performance of the Showroom, delivering a top tier Customer Service experience, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors and Interior designers. Responsibilities: Customer Experience & Sales: Responsible for the sales performance of the showroom, maintaining pricing and margin integrity in-line with wider sales strategy. Deliver a top-tier customer service experience, providing expert advice on product selection, design, and installation. Engage with customers (interior designers) to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales process. Drive showroom sales through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and upselling where appropriate. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and interior designers. Liaise with head office to manage custom product orders, from quotation to delivery ensuring all requirements are captured and quality maintained. Team Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate the showroom team, providing guidance and training to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills. Ensure the team is equipped to meet sales targets, adhere to company policies, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Conduct regular performance reviews, setting individual goals and development plans for staff. Showroom Operations & Visual Merchandising: Oversee showroom presentation, ensuring displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and aligned with brand guidelines. · Coordinate product displays, ensuring new collections and promotional materials are effectively showcased. Manage sample stock levels, handle product ordering, and liaise with head office teams to ensure timely deliveries and availability. Business Development & Reporting: Assist with planning and executing showroom events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and foot traffic. Provide regular feedback on customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales reports, identifying opportunities to improve showroom performance and reach KPIs. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the showroom complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Requirements : Proven experience in showroom management, retail, or sales, ideally within a premium or high-end product category (flooring, interior design, or home improvement experience preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and driving performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. A passion for design and interiors, with a solid understanding of flooring products a plus. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and point-of-sale software. Experience working in a premium or luxury brand environment. A background in interior design, architecture, or construction would be advantageous. A genuine passion for innovative flooring solutions and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
