We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our award-winning team and contribute to our continued success. As the Assistant Bars Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Bars Manager in the day-to-day operations of our bars. You will ensure that our guests receive outstanding service, maintain the highest quality standards, and help create a positive work environment for our team. Your leadership skills and passion for the hospitality industry will be crucial in maintaining our reputation and achieving our business goals. Your Responsibilities Supporting the Bars Manager in managing daily bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Ensuring excellent customer service by supervising the bar staff, addressing customer complaints, and stepping in to assist during busy periods Monitoring and manage stock levels, order supplies, and reduce wastage to maintain cost efficiency.
