Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
* has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
* understands labour management, rotas, and the financial aspects of running a restaurant
* enjoys celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
