The role of Caretaker will include:
1. Removal of bulk and overspills
2. Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning of communal areas
3. Grounds maintenance tasks to include litter picking and general upkeep
4. Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
5. Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
6. Carrying out Health and Safety Inspections and reporting necessary repairs
7. Complying with relevant policies and be Health and Safety orientated
8. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
Skills and experiences:
9. Experience in a similar cleaning role or completing similar tasks
10. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
11. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
12. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
13. Good communication and customer care skills
14. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full manual valid UK driving licence

25. £26,670 per annum (rising to £28,074 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
