The Role As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in improving production performance, enhancing manufacturing processes, and supporting trials and product refinements. Key Responsibilities Lead and support continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations. Develop, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions. Coordinate and conduct production trials for new materials, product changes, or process enhancements. Perform hands-on fault finding and structured root-cause analysis to resolve production issues.
