Post No. POSN003550 - Teaching Assistant - L2 (LRB) - Crindau Primary School Permanent Teaching Assistant Level 2 position 34 hours. Term time only Daily working pattern is 8.35am - 3.40pm Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesday which is 8.35am - 4.45pm. Term time only. We are seeking a caring, motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Resource Base classes, supporting pupils with additional learning needs to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the class teacher, ALNco, and wider school team to provide high-quality support in a nurturing, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support individual pupils and small groups within the Learning Resource Base class Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities and interventions Promote pupils' independence, confidence, and social development Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and behaviour Help create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment Work collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals Provide feedback on pupil progress and contribute to planning and review The Successful Candidate Will Have: Experience of working with children, ideally in a school or ALN setting A patient, caring, and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine commitment to inclusive education A willingness to work in our LRB class or our mainstream classes.
