Adecco is pleased to be recruiting a Resident Services Manager on behalf of a public‑sector housing service. This is a senior, interim role focused on delivering service improvement, transformation, and digitisation within Housing Tenancy Services. The postholder will lead and manage a portfolio of strategic improvement projects while ensuring day‑to‑day service gaps are effectively covered. The role operates at both a strategic and operational level and includes direct line management responsibility.
Key Points
* 350 per day Umbrella
* Based in Newham
* 36 hours per week
* Temporary for 12 months
Key Responsibilities
* Lead service improvement projects across Housing Tenancy Services
* Oversee digitisation initiatives including tenancy audit and self‑declaration programmes
* Drive improvements in data quality, systems usage, and reporting (NEC/Northgate)
* Review and implement policies and procedures to support service improvement
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators
* Provide line management for project and client support staff
* Support transition of project activity into business‑as‑usual services
About You
* Proven experience in housing services or a similar public‑sector environment
* Strong service improvement, transformation, or project leadership experience
* Experience managing staff and coordinating multi‑disciplinary work
* Confident working with housing systems, data and performance reporting
* Able to operate at pace in a complex, changing environment
