Assist with the development and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals Proven experience designing and developing content in a corporate learning environment with a global audience, using core instructional principles and theories. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, demonstrates initiative and works well in a team-based environment. Results-oriented, demonstrating a strong drive toward customer service and acceptance of accountability for results. Proficiency in development software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360). Works with content developers to align and quality check the produced material Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, evaluations and feedback mechanisms Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in L&D to enhance existing programs and recommend innovative solutions May serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Extensive experience working in a professional environment in a learning/content creation role Conceptual and practical experience of working in software technology Experience working with business stakeholders with a sound understanding of training needs Strang understanding of best practices and how to position this as part of training Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team Strang interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
