Provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the council, advising on and supporting the development of initiatives, policies, priorities, and delivery plans. Lead and manage the council’s staff team of 14 to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and ensure the effective, efficient use of resources for the benefit of the community. (The Town Clerk will be supported by a Finance Manager who acts as responsible financial officer and reports to the Town Clerk.)
