What You’ll Be Doing:
 * Collaborating with various engineering disciplines, suppliers, and customers to foster a dynamic and innovative product development environment.
 * Producing and issuing Airframe engineering design data that meets project requirements while adhering to design standards, quality, cost, and schedule.
 * Verifying design data to ensure compliance with project standards before formal checks.
 * Identifying technical risks and opportunities, proposing effective mitigation plans when necessary.
 * Supporting personal and professional development for yourself and your team members.
 * Resolving design queries and facilitating necessary modifications.
 * Assisting in defining and planning design workload delivery.
Your Skills and Experiences:
Essential
 * Experience in an Airframe Design role or a related discipline.
 * A degree or HNC/HND (or equivalent qualification).
 * Hands‑on experience in airframe design across various product lifecycle phases.
 * Proficiency in CAD systems, particularly CATIA V5 or equivalent, along with experience in PLM systems.
 * Understanding of product lifecycle requirements and governance for product integrity.
Desirable
 * Experience in a multidisciplinary integrated product development environment.
 * Experience working with external customers, suppliers, and partners.
 * Ability to manage design tasks to meet engineering and program requirements.
 * Experience in leading and guiding design staff.
 * Holding a design check signature is a plus.
