Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to join a range of welcoming and supportive early years settings across South Liverpool. These are full-time positions, offering excellent opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced practitioners to develop their careers.
About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning through play-based activities
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Observe, assess, and record children's progress
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to planning and delivering EYFS-focused sessions
Requirements
* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum)
* Previous experience working in an early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A passion for supporting children's development
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
