We have a superb opportunity based in North Kent for a highly experienced Accounts Payable professional. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be working in a dedicated, highly driven team. Duties will include:- Responsibility of the Accounts Payable Role:- Taking full responsibility for the European suppliers Ensuring all PO's are correct and approved before processing for payment Requesting POD's and copy invoices Ensure payment terms are adhered to in order to avoid late payment fines as per set contracts Chasing approval for payments Raising monthly payment runs in multi currencies Processing credit card expenses Supplier statement reconciliations Liaising with suppliers and resolving issues quickly and in line with policy Requirements of the Accounts Payable Role:- Strong accounts payable experience ideally with a largegroup Multi currency Strong systems skills First rate communication skills Benefits of the Accounts Payable Role:- 25 days holiday bank holidays 1 day working from home Plenty of on site parking Study support after probation
