This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored educational support to young people who require additional assistance to achieve their academic goals. The Role As a 1:1 Tutor, you will: Deliver personalised tuition sessions tailored to individual learning needs. Support pupils in improving their confidence, engagement, and academic achievement. Adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches to suit different abilities and learning styles. Monitor and record pupil progress. Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other professionals to support positive outcomes. Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or classroom support. Strong understanding of the UK curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
