You will be joining a people-orientated and dynamic manufacturing business in Wednesbury to support their customer service function, for a 6-month contract.
Your new role
A key part of the business, responsible for customer satisfaction and delivery ofpany values and policies, key duties are:
1. Handling inbound calls from customers, offering excellent customer service
2. Informing and updating customers via phone and email
3. Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
4. Processing customer orders
5. Inputting customer account details into the CRM, updating where required
6. Administrative support
This role is working full-time in the office, with a friendly and supportive team, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience in customer service
8. Ideally, manufacturing industry experience
9. Excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written
10. Good attention to detail
11. Passion for delivering excellent service.
