As a Procurement Administrator, you will support our procurement team with general administrative duties and order processing. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Placing orders for equipment and materials, organizing and maintaining documents, and updating records.
2. Handling order-related queries and resolving issues related to incorrect, delayed, or missing orders by working directly with suppliers.
3. Fostering strong relationships with key supplier contacts to address and resolve problems quickly.
4. Assisting in gathering price quotes, preparing tender documents, and sending purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
5. Maintaining procurement records and following up with suppliers to track order status.
6. Handling inventory and administrative tasks, including invoice queries, filing purchase orders, and compiling packaging data.
7. Providing additional administrative support to team members as needed.
Requirements include:
* A full UK driving license, with the ability to commute to offices.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels.
* Experience in building strong internal and external relationships.
* Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
* The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
