Contact: 12 Months (with potential to extend)
Pay: £12.60 per hour - Weekly Pay
Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
Handling Customer interactions via telephone, email and messaging platforms with professionalism and care.
Prioritising daily tasks and performing them with efficiency.
Collaborate with your team to share relevant information and support each other
Maintaining databases and ensuring all information is up to date
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
Excellent communication skills being clear friendly and confident on the telephone.

Tech savvy, comfortable in using email databases and office software
