Salary: £46,227 - £51,119 per year (pay award pending)
Location: Head Office, Selkirk and other locations as required (with regular site presence and travel as required)
Hours and terms: Full time (35 hours per week), permanent contract

* Lead the construction phase of SBHA’s new‑build housing projects.
* Manage contractor relationships and monitor progress, quality, and safety on site.
* Support procurement, contract development and project governance.
* Help deliver high‑quality new homes that meet local housing need.
