The main purpose of the role is to support extending the reach and visibility of Hywel Dda Health Charities, increasing awareness of the charity's impact, and raising funds to enhance NHS services.
Working closely with the Senior Communications Officer, Fundraising Manager, and the fundraising team, the post holder will support high-quality communications and administrative services.
The role involves promoting the charity's work, sharing stories of fundraisers and supporters, and highlighting the impact on NHS patients, staff, and service users.
The Communications Assistant will handle inquiries from staff, media, social media, and stakeholders; produce written, audio, design, and video content; and support events.
This position is vital for the effective operation of the charity's fundraising and communications activities, coordinating projects and ensuring compliance with the work plan.
