Candidate Delivery Consultant (Progression to Sales or Account Management)
We’re looking for someone to join us in a delivery‑focused role, working closely with our team to identify, engage, and qualify top talent for our clients. You’ll play a key part in building strong candidate relationships, managing the recruitment process from search through to placement, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
This role is designed as a launchpad — you’ll be taught every aspect of recruitment, from candidate sourcing and interviewing through to client communication and deal management. As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into either Sales (Business Development) or Account Management, depending on where your strengths and interests lie.
* Source and engage candidates across multiple channels
* Qualify and manage candidates through the interview process
* Work with consultants to understand client briefs and role requirements
* Write compelling job adverts and outreach messages
* Manage databases and pipelines efficiently
* Gain exposure to client interaction, account growth, and new business development
