Temporary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist | Gatwick (on-site) | £12.21 per hour
My client are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join them for a short period to assist with holiday cover. Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring first-class customer service is always provided, whilst also being able to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and handling front desk duties
Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
Providing general administrative support
Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Essential Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly, polite, and organised
Previous experience is helpful but not essential
Package:
£12.21 per hour + holiday pay
Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 6pm
Must be available for 2 full weeks from 4th August to 15th August
