You’ll be responsible for coordinating work, managing workflow, and ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and allocate workloads across the workshop team Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to repair schedules Liaise with VDAs, parts, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations Lead and motivate a team of technicians, supporting development and performance Ensure compliance with all health and safety and quality standards ​ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Workshop Controller or senior technician role Strong leadership and communication skills A commitment to excellence, with a sharp eye for detail and quality Good understanding of accident repair processes Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment ​ Ready to lead a team in a business that’s redefining automotive repair?
