The role
You’ll handle a mix of residential and light commercial conveyancing, joining one of several busy, close-knit teams. Work will include:
* Managing files from instruction through to completion (initially 10–15, building to 50–80).
* Sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and small commercial transactions.
* Liaising directly with clients, lenders, agents, and colleagues to keep matters progressing smoothly.
* Supervising or mentoring junior staff as your caseload grows.
About you
* Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ–5 PQE).
* Experienced across the full conveyancing lifecycle, not just one process stage.
* Proactive, organised, and confident handling your own workload.
* Collaborative team player who values mentoring and being mentored.
