About the Role We are recruiting for an Environmental Compliance Coordinator at our Nottingham Site. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in environmental compliance and sustainability within the food manufacturing sector. You'll support the site in meeting environmental standards, help maintain our ISO 14001 accreditation, and contribute to wider sustainability initiatives. Full training will be provided, and you'll gain hands-on experience in compliance reporting, data analysis, and engagement with colleagues and external partners. Key Responsibilities Support the site in meeting all environmental compliance requirements. Assist with environmental reporting and data collection. Help maintain ISO 14001 documentation and processes. Work with colleagues across departments to raise awareness of sustainability practices. Support engagement with regulators and external partners where needed. Contribute to identifying opportunities for environmental improvement on site. About You You'll be passionate about the environment and eager to learn. With a degree in an environmental discipline (or equivalent experience), you'll have a strong eye for detail, good data-handling skills, and the confidence to engage with people across different teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career in environmental compliance within a large and supportive organisation. Key Skills and Qualifications Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (or relevant experience). Strong analytical and organisational skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop professionally.
