Eligibility & Qualifications
* Penultimate year students expected to graduate in 2021 (2020 also considered). International students eligible.
* Strong A‑level grades and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
* Applications accepted from any degree discipline.
* Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in a second language may be required.
* Demonstrated drive, innovation, and genuine interest in financial markets.
* Teamwork, leadership, creativity, problem‑solving skills, ability to work fast‑paced, multitask, and interact with varied stakeholders.
* Ability to grasp a wide variety of products and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complex financial models.
* Perform financial analyses, including valuations and merger impacts.
* Conduct comprehensive company and industry research.
* Prepare presentation and other client materials.
* Participate in due diligence sessions, communications, and interaction with deal team members.
* Manage several projects simultaneously and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
Application Process
Stage 1: Complete the online application form.
Stage 2: Take the online numerical reasoning test.
Stage 3: Successful candidates will be invited to interview – in Ghana, Nigeria, or via WebEx.
