You will join an established disputes team advising a diverse client base that includes commercial landlords and tenants, property owners, developers and private individuals. Typical Matters Will Include
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease renewals and terminations
* Possession claims and forfeiture proceedings
* Boundary and rights of way disputes
* Property-related contractual issues
You will manage files from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation where required.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in property litigation
* Strong working knowledge of relevant property and civil procedure legislation
* Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships
* Commercially aware and solutions-focused
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities
