* Customer Focus: Maintaining a sharp focus on customer service, dealing with clients professionally, and ensuring thorough follow‑up on all enquiries.
* KPI Management: Possessing a strong understanding of sales department Key Performance Indicators and leveraging them to inform strategy and decision‑making.
