New Choices are owned by Bradford Council to deliver day services across the district. They are looking to recruit a support worker to support people with learning disabilities enabling them live within their communities with all the choices and support they need to live the best life possible.

Main Responsibilities
•Provide high quality, person centred support in line with individual care plans, including personal care if required, daily activities, health needs and promoting independence.
•Encourage choice and decision making, support wellbeing and safety, and follow safeguarding, confidentiality and health and safety requirements.
•Maintain accurate records, assist with finances where needed, and use personalised technology to enhance independence.
•Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals, and take part in training, development and continuous improvement.
