We are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major highways infrastructure project in North Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role on a long-term scheme with approximately 18 months of secured work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day site operations on a highways project
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders
* Maintaining programme performance and quality standards
* Producing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, and site documentation
* Liaising with the client, engineers, and project management team
Requirements:
* Proven experience working as a Site Agent on highways or civil engineering schemes
* Strong knowledge of highways specifications and standards
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred)
* Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
