Job Description:
The Global Vendor Manager supports the Head of Vendor Management, Global Claims and Legal & Compliance by defining and implementing our global vendor strategy across regional Business Units, monitoring vendor performance, and overseeing our oversight regime including adherence to AXA XL requirements. The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities include:
1. Assist in defining and implementing global vendor management strategy.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure regional vendor strategies are appropriate and consistent globally.
3. Monitor vendor performance and identify best practices for global rollout.
4. Analyze data from internal and third-party platforms to assess vendor performance and discuss improvements with regional teams.
5. Oversee vendor onboarding and oversight processes in collaboration with Global Sourcing & Procurement.
6. Manage relationships with e-billing vendors and act as the point of contact for related queries.
7. Generate and analyze reports on vendor spend and performance.
8. Track referral fee and rebate income from Legal vendors.
9. Maintain vendor management MS Teams sites and own specific projects and processes.
