Supply Chain Administrator
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday‑Thursday 8am‑5pm, Friday 8am‑2:45pm
Location: Bristol, BS3
An established manufacturer producing a variety of components and parts from different materials in a fast paced volume manufacturing environment is recruiting for a supply chain administrator to join their team. Working within a team of 5, this role offers full support and training from day 1 with further availability to develop.
Responsibilities
* Manage a key customer account and order requests; deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure orders contain correct information and are reconciled to the customer schedule.
* Liaise with production to ensure customer satisfaction regarding orders, progress and dispatch.
* Purchase materials in line with the production plan.
* Coordinate transport of materials and finished goods to customers.
* Oversee materials stock control and supervise dispatch of manufactured goods to customers.
* Provide general administrative support and customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, experience in sales administration and customer service, a drive to learn and develop, and a good level of IT skills. Full training will be provided, including Oracle package training.
Previous experience as a supply chain administrator, sales administrator, customer service administrator, purchasing administrator, or sales support administrator is desired. Experience in a manufacturing or supplier based business is beneficial.
