You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of presentations, reporting, and CRM updates, enabling the team to operate efficiently and maintain strong client relationships. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll contribute to new business opportunities through RFPs, marketing initiatives, and research, while playing a key role in presenting a consistent and compelling message to institutional clients. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, prioritising tasks, and ensuring accuracy in materials and data, as well as supporting the planning and execution of pitches, events, and internal briefings. You’ll also maintain Salesforce CRM, track pipeline activity, and provide insights through market research and MI analysis to inform strategic decisions.
