What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary training team.
* Planning, implementing, and monitoring curriculum delivery for timely, high-quality outcomes.
* Driving robust quality assurance to meet and exceed awarding organisation requirements.
* Building and maintaining strong employer partnerships to support business growth.
* Creating an apprentice experience that’s engaging, challenging, and industry-relevant.
* Managing college platforms and reporting to manage KPIs (e.g., OneFile, EBS).
What You’ll Bring / Our Ideal Candidate
* Some experience in managing curriculum delivery and apprenticeship programmes.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop others.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with employers and stakeholders.
* A meticulous approach to quality assurance and compliance with awarding organisation standards.
* A commitment to delivering an outstanding apprentice experience and achieving exceptional outcomes.
* Knowledge of working with IMI and City & Guilds.
* Hold Level 3 automotive / engineering related qualification and Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training or above.
* Level 3 Assessor Award, Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (or willing to work towards).
