Day to day duties: Completing delivery run sheets and uploading accurate information. Securing goods and maintaining proper documentation. Adhering to security and health & safety protocols. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any defects. Providing assistance to colleagues and reporting transport issues. Delivering high levels of customer service with professional appearance. Verifying freight accuracy during loading/unloading. Communicating with security companies and providing accurate shipment details. Ensuring timely scanning and reporting of delivery and collection data. Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by the Manager or Directors. Essential Hold a full UK driving licence (no HGV licence required, but desirable). Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written. Have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines. Have strong communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
